The austrian musician Markus Zahrl discovered his talent in the world of music from childhood on. To live his talent he studied at the Conservatory of Vienna (Jazz-Saxophone) in the 90s and at the Berklee College of Music Bosten/USA.
He studied with George Garzone and Willi Quarda and was a participant of Masterclasses with Dave Liebman and Bob Mintzer. His musical career was marked by a variety of concert activities all around the world and various musical activities as a live and studio musician, arranger, composer and music educator.
He played together with Kirk Covington, Al Porcino, Wolfgang Muthspiel, Clark Terry, Bob Brookmeyer, Bill Dobbins, George Garzone, Concert Jazz Orchestra Vienna, Victor Gernot, Rounder Girls, Russkaja, Hot Pants Road Club, Waldeck, Andy Lee Lang, and much more.
He has been studying the health effects of sound, frequencies on humans for many years and worked as a shiatsu practitioner.
